Shipping & Payment

You can calculate the shipping costs in the shopping cart using the "Estimated shipping costs" button before placing your order.

Shipping costs to:

Germany (Shipping cost including VAT)

• Packages over   5 kg   €   6,99  
• Packages over 10 kg   €   8,99
• Packages over 20 kg   €   9,99
• Packages over 30 kg   € 11,99
• Packages over 30 kg   € 79,90 (larger headstones and gravestones)

Deliveries of goods over 30 kg are delivered by GLS parcel service or on a pallet by a forwarding agent free kerbside. Deliveries of goods over 30 kg to German islands (except Rügen and Usedom) and Büsingen are excluded.

Delivery in foreigen countries: Our store displays the product prices including German VAT of 19%. For other countries, the respective VAT of the country of delivery will be charged. Therefore, there may be price discrepancies in the ordering process.

Austria and EU-Countries (Delivery costs including VAT):

Please note: Parcels over 30 kg (bulky goods) for e.g. large grave shells, larger lying stones, etc. are only possible to the following EU countries: Austria, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic.

Switzerland, Great Britain, Liechtenstein and Norway (Shipping costs are net prices without VAT):

• Packets until   5 kg                 € 25,90
• Packets over   5 kg to 10 kg    € 34,90
• Packets over 10 kg to 20 kg    € 54,90
• Packets over 20 kg to 30 kg    € 69,90
• Packets over 30 kg                 no delivery

For deliveries to non-EU countries, we only charge the NET amount of the goods (i.e. the stated gross amount of the goods minus German VAT)

The respective national taxes are payable on import. The parcel service collects any customs duties, import and export taxes directly from the recipient. If the recipient does not pay these, this is considered a refusal to accept the shipment.

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 1-2 days in Germany if in stock, within 3-7 days for deliveries outside the EU (depending on the EU country), Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Great Britain and Norway within 4-7 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

In the case of goods individually designed according to customer requirements (e.g. gravestones), the creation of the correction template takes place within 1-4 days after order confirmation, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 30 days after approval of the correction template (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the item description as a whole.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Payment options

Payment on the Internet is a matter of trust.
We offer you various payment options:

1. Prepayment
You can transfer the invoice amount to our account. Once your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with our bank details, the total amount and an invoice number. Please do not forget to state the invoice number on the bank transfer. We will ship the goods immediately after receipt of payment.

2. Paypal
PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay for your purchases quickly  and easily.

• Your bank details and credit card details will not be passed on

Then payment is uncomplicated with just a few clicks.
After clicking the "Buy" button in the final step of the ordering process, you will be redirected to the PayPal site via a secure connection. Please enter the required information there. After you have completed your payment via PayPal, you will be redirected back to our store to confirm your order. After confirmation of receipt of payment by PayPal, your ordered goods will be dispatched immediately.
